IOSA AWARENESS WORKSHOP

This two (2) day IOSA Awareness workshop has been specifically designed to ensure participants become acquainted with and understand the concept of IOSA, the benefits and IATA’s various requirements for airlines and how to gain and maintain IOSA registration. The importance of an Operator’s internal auditing program will also be highlighted including the requirements for an airline’s internal auditors.  The workshop also includes an overview of the various IOSA manuals including the IPM, ISM, IAH and IRM.

About this Course

This course covers the key elements of the IOSA program, with specific attention to Quality Assurance (QA) Department and requirements.

Knowledge Acquired

Participants will gain an understanding about how to deploy IOSA within an Airline.

Certification

On completion participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
